when u're alone, u tend to recall all e fond memories when u were not alone.
even though my work excites me every day, sometimes i just cant help feeling lonely esp the few days when i fell sick and had to spend the nites alone cos yen wasnt around.
that also explained why it excited me so much to see my fellow dearies ytd! it was an impromptu meeting cos nui only called me at 4.30 and then all of us met one hour later. jodie, nui, yen and i had pleasure just sitting around pastamania and macs and talked our time away. genting, THE nuo fu, diabetes woman, flasher, ban dian gong zhu...things outsiders will never understand, things we used to talk about every single day in the past, things that made me feel natural once again.
i guess this is what true friends are for. u dont have to see or msg or call each other every day. but just knowing that whenever u feel like u need them, they'll be there, whatever the time, wherever the place, without the slightest intention to ask for something in return.

yet another slacky day. im finally having my day off tmr! heh.
interviewed liangjingru 3 days in a row. fish-overdose.
i just did this sms service thing where ppl can msg their comments to e newspaper. since i was asked to type e messages i had e right of choosing which to feature. so i purposely chose those with fung! apparently there were quite a few :D
and kristy juz sent me this youtube link without telling me wat its about. e moment i clicked on it i saw lin zhi ying's face and im like AHHHH. haha. thanks gal! for reminding me how much i miss my CHU LIAN OU XIANG! and she is obsessed with da bing and xiao bing.

im damn damn smart.
this morning i missed a 157 cos i was daydreaming at the busstop. but luckily it didnt make me late for work.
and this evening on my way back frm liangjingru's concert (all e way frm Expo to Newton) i saw a very interesting scene on the train. this little boy was screaming and yelling to his mum that he wanted a seat but the train was full. and i was so so so engrossed in watching him and his mum that i missed my stop.
and the smarter thing is, i tink i heard "Newton", but it juz didnt occur to me tt i was supposed to alight. @$!@#*%^*(&
smart rite. yea i tink so too.
by the time i got back to hostel, it was already past 8 when the thing actually ended at about 6 plus.

we cancelled the phone int and went down to the press con instead. i sat nxt to taufik (: but tt's not the point. the point is, he has PRETTY eyelashes!! gosh. long and pretty. he was really friendly.
but the press con was lousier than anything else. the first time i've seen any artist holding a press con in popular. they juz blocked off an area in popular (bras basah) and made it e press con "stage" -.- ultra low budget. the microphone even went off when he was singing halfway. so embarassing.
LOOK OUT FOR MY VIRGIN REPORT of taufik's press con on ShinMin ent this afternoon! and if im not wrong, i tink my name shld be there? (:

i hung up on wenqi when she called from aussie that day! omg im so so so sorry. i was damn stupid. i wanted to turn on the loud speaker so tt everybody could speak to her, so i asked her to "deng yi xia", and then i very smartly went to press "End Call" -.- i was like, shit, Qi is gonna think i purposely hung up on her or smth. NOOOOO. sorry my dear!
anw, glad tt u liked the card. sweeted..HOR? hmm, u better be.
and we celebrated nui's very belated bday ytd. went crystal jade! omg crystal jade xiaolongbao totally rocks. and we had fun looking at the two tables next to us. interesting ppl.

had a traumatising encounter at the custom on saturday afternoon.
this blardy female officer refused to clear me cos i didnt have my stud pass. like wth?! the last time i didnt bring my stud pass the officer didnt say anything and let me through. so i told her that and she replied in this really bossy manner that made me feel like punching her, "oh really..i didnt receive any notice about that."
ok fine.
and then she kept me there and told me to wait for another officer. "DEPENDS if he WANTS to clear you or not loh." oh wow. wat if he DOESN'T WANT to clear me?! then i'll be locked up for a night until somebody picks me up or when my student pass decides to reappear frm nowhere isit?!
in e end they brought me to this office which was really cold and creepy. i was so scared that i kept smsing yen to keep myself calm. finally after god knows how long an officer attended to me and guess wat? he said it was nothing big at all. he just checked that i am a student and let me go without even looking at my id card or any form of identification. thanks loh. and the blardy woman made it sound like such a big thing to scare the life out of me?!!
she didnt clear FOUR people in a row and i suaysuay happened to be one of them. i haven seen any officer as niao as her in all my 5 years.
on my way out of the office i passed by the same counter where the woman was just now, she happened to look in my direction and i rolled my eyes at her. i hope she saw that.
